At The Label Lab, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Below, you’ll find details on our delivery options, timeframes, tracking, and what to do if you experience any issues with your order.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery (Free) – 3-5 working days
• Orders placed before 2 PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM GMT, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Standard Delivery (£4.95) – 1-5 working days
• Need your order faster? Upgrade to express shipping at checkout.
International Delivery
EU Delivery (£14.95) – 6-10 working days
Worldwide Delivery (£19.95) – 6-10 working days
• Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timeframes may vary due to customs processing in your country.
Customs & Import Taxes:
• Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
• These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
• All orders come with a unique tracking number.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details.
• Track your parcel directly on the courier’s website using the link provided in your email.
Delivery Issues & Delays
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please follow these steps:
Tracking Not Updating: Wait 24-48 hours, as tracking updates may be delayed.
Package Marked as Delivered, But Not Received:
1. Check your safe place, mailbox, or with neighbors.
2. Contact the courier using your tracking number.
3. If you still haven’t received your parcel, email us at Thelabellabltd@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery update.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
• We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 3 working days.
Incorrect Address Provided:
• If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, we are not responsible for lost orders.
• Please double-check your address before placing your order.
