The Label Lab Return Policy


At The Label Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as straightforward as possible. Please read the policy below for full details on how to return or exchange your order.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit. After initiating the return, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

 

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All swing tags and labels must be attached.

The item must be free of odors, stains, and damage.

Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, placed inside protective packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:

Final sale items or clearance items are non-refundable.

Items marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

-Email us at TheLabelsLabLTD@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

-Our team will respond within one working day with return instructions and approval.

-Once approved, securely pack your item and send it to the return address provided in our email.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


Refund & Exchange Process

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item and provide a new tracking number. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Store Credit: If you choose store credit, you will receive a gift card to use on future purchases.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us first, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email TheLabelsLabLTD@gmail.com with:

✔ Your order number

✔ Photos clearly showing the issue with the item

✔ A brief description of the problem

We will review your case and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, including reimbursement of return shipping costs where applicable.


Additional Information

Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Original Shipping Fees: If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.

Rejected Returns: If a return does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to send it back to you at your expense.
